This is a private membership RV park about 20 minutes outside of Yuma. It is part of the Colorado River Adventures network of RV parks. We came at the end of January for our first visit. The park is quite large and most of the residents seem to be retired. We stayed in a nice size pull through site. The park only has 30 amp service and each site has "No Electric Heaters" painted on the electrical hookup tower. The park has a swimming pool, spa, clubhouse, card and pool room, shuffleboard courts, putting green, horseshoe pits, bocce ball fields, mini golf course, dog park, and a laundry room. Breakfast and dinner are available for purchase on some days. The overall sites are mostly gravel and pretty level. There are palm and other trees scattered throughout. Special activities like bingo, holiday and other speciality activies are offered on a limited basis. Residents are very respectful of each other and the atmosphere is quiet and peaceful.

Nice resort. Definitely geared towards an older crowd, but it's very quiet and people were friendly! Activities in the clubhouse for folks, and a nice lake for fishing and kayaking. The spa is lovely and the pool is warm enough that I went swimming most nights. Cell service isn't great in the RV park itself, but they have fast wifi in the clubhouse. They also have a lot of games and puzzles in the clubhouse, as well as pool tables. They have breakfast and dinners on select days for a good price too.

It’s an RV park away from Yuma proper, surrounded by bluffs and agricultural land. Quiet at night, until you hear the coyotes in the background. Spaces are good sized, and people are very friendly!

We love Yuma Lakes! It helps that it's part of our CRA campground. Lots of space, a heated pool and far out into the middle of farm land. No traffic noise and we'll kept.

As a paid member....very disappointing how run down the CRA properties I've been to .Yuma Lakes ..the employee were helpful the check in booth definitely been at their jobs way to long complaining about Reservations dept. What got me is the fact that I had to be put out back by the farm apparently only the c class cause I asked to move and the spot was right across no no only for 44 ft No one was in spots asked about the whole 2 weeks . There is a sign in that back bathroom stating the water has been being test for Arsnic since last Feb 2024 all the showers water smelled like rotten eggs.no showers in pool area to shower before getting into the pool.while at the Hot tub lost its jets and the pools heat out. Couple of long time members Said it's Tuesday and every Tuesday from 1 to4 the staff I'd at lunch meeting.??

This RV camp site is small and quiet. Well kept. The managers were very nice and helpful. It does have a small stocked lake for fishing. Pets are welcome. They had a band and an ice cream social while I was there. Pool was great and clean. Hot tub was awesome. I will be returning. My husband and I are retired. Enjoyed the quiet night's and away from the city.
